Introducing Joey Olson, our new Technical Support Manager
We’re pleased to introduce Joey Olson, our new Technical Support Manager. Joey has been a part of Tucows’ wholesale support group since 2001 and brings a wealth of experience to his new role. To help you get to know Joey a bit better, we’ve put together a short video introduction:

James great video. This video asks for more. It would be nice for all your clients and shareholders if you could make a guided tour video through Tucows, so we can see where you work and see some of teh people inside Tucows. Seeing your people and teh office on a video will give Tucows a more alive face for the outside world. With otherwords give Tucows a face. Nice idea :-))))

Thanks for the comment. We’re planning to do more video and audio content for the blog. Heading into the trenches and away from the offices was an experiment that turned out very well in this case. We’ll do it again, no doubt.
